Shared morning tea, catered by Blak Tapas, empowerment workshop hosted by Krystle of Wild Warrior Yoga in collaboration with Nicole from NJD Wellbeing including 30 minutes of rejuvenating yoga and 30 minutes of mindful self-care practices, Designed to nourish your body and soul.
